"Decent plants, but I had to be picky"
I picked up some Bonnie plants from one of their retail partners, and overall they were okay. A few looked healthy and ready to go, but there were also some that seemed a little weak, so I took my time checking them over because I didn’t want to risk bringing home plants that might not make it. The price was reasonable, though, so I felt fine about buying the better-looking ones.

I’ve been buying from Bonnie for years, they’ve been very reliable. The plants always arrive healthy and in good shape, which makes the whole process feel easy. I definitely trust them more than some random garden websites out there. So far, I haven’t had a bad order, and that says a lot.

"Easy replacement, honestly no hassle"
One of my plants arrived looking rough from shipping, so I sent them a quick message with a photo. They replied way faster than I thought they would, and before I knew it, they had a replacement on the way. No runaround, no making it complicated, which, why can’t every company handle things like that? I’ve also had a refund on another order before, and that was just as easy. What more can you really ask for? Super happy with the way they handled everything.

"Checkout Was Really Frustrating"
I tried checking out a couple times and it just kept kicking me back to my cart, which felt super irritating. It eventually went through, but then the shipping total showed up late in the process and that just didn’t sit right with me. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

"Mostly okay, but a little mixed up"
My Bonnie Plants order was mostly right. But one herb was swapped for something else. Labels were kind of mixed up too. Plants showed up in decent shape. Customer service did reply. Still, I had to sort out what was what myself. Not awful. Just not very accurate.

"I’ve ordered from Bonnie Plants a few times…"
I’ve ordered from Bonnie Plants a few times now, their variety is great. They have vegetables and herbs I almost never see at local stores, which is nice since apparently finding anything beyond the usual basics in person is too much to ask. The site was easy to browse, the selection felt solid, and everything was straightforward. I’ll definitely be ordering again

"Tracking Was Annoying, But It Showed Up"
The package did arrive, so that’s good. But the tracking updates were so slow I was getting irritated and wondering what was going on. Then out of nowhere it just showed up, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

"Didn’t handle our hot weather too well"
I remember a few of the plants really struggling once our dry heat kicked in. There may have been one or two that did alright, but what sticks in my mind is the ones that looked stressed. Probably just not the best fit for my area.

"Nice Mature Plants Overall"
The plants were a good size and looked mature when they arrived, which I was happy about. One of them was a little droopy, but to me it seemed more like shipping stress than a serious issue. Overall, I’m pleased with them.

"Easy to tell what’s organic and non-GMO"
I really appreciated how clear Bonnie Plants was about which plants are organic and non-GMO. I don’t want to spend 20 minutes clicking around just to figure out what I’m putting in my garden, so the straightforward labels were a big help. I ordered a few herbs and vegetable plants, and even the little details on the site made me feel more confident about what I was choosing. Simple, clear, and honest, exactly what I was looking for.

"Pretty good selection, just wish restocks were clearer"
I usually have good luck with Bonnie Plants when I’m looking for veggies and herbs, and this time was mostly the same. A couple of the more popular ones I wanted were out, which was a little annoying because of course they’re the ones I had in mind, but I still found enough to make an order worthwhile. I do wish it was easier to tell when things might be back in stock though, just so you’re not checking and guessing.

"Some of the plants looked a bit rough"
I ordered a few veggie plants, and most of them looked tired when they arrived, haha. The leaves were yellow and the stems were kind of floppy. A couple of them did bounce back after a bit, but not all. For the price, I was expecting them to show up a little healthier.

"Mostly Good Growth, One Was a Bit Risky"
Overall, they grew well, but one of them definitely struggled more than the others. I kept an eye on it because I didn’t want to risk losing the whole plant or having any issues spread. Not a bad experience, just something to watch for.

"Wish I’d Had Better Luck With These"
I ordered a few veggie starts and they arrived in decent shape, so I was hopeful at first. Unfortunately, after transplanting them, only about half really took off. They weren’t awful or anything, but for the price, I wish I’d gone with a different option or bought locally instead

"Easy site to browse for plants"
I had a good experience using bonnieplants. It was easy to get around, and I found the veggies and herbs I was looking for without wandering all over the site. The pages loaded quickly, and the plant info was simple enough to read without feeling overwhelming. The search and filters were helpful too. I only spent a few minutes on there, but it did exactly what I needed. It’s a nice, clean site, and the confusing layout you see on some garden sites is definitely avoidable here.

"Pretty good, despite the rough box"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but the plants actually showed up quicker than I thought they would. The box looked a little rough when it got here, which made me nervous, but everything inside was fine. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but the fast shipping made up for it enough. I’d probably order again

"Tomatoes grew fine, but the taste was disappointing"
The plants arrived in decent shape and they actually grew well without much fuss. I was excited after waiting all season, but the tomatoes ended up being really watery and bland compared to ones I’ve grown before. Maybe it’s just the variety, but I was disappointed. Also, the constant reminders to review or follow up were a bit much, felt kind of aggressive after a while.
